The Performing Arts at Whittier Christian High School give students a space to express, imagine and grow. Whether on stage, in the orchestra or behind the curtain, students are invited to explore their creativity while developing discipline and confidence. Our programs are rooted in the belief that storytelling and performance can reflect truth, inspire hope and honor God.
Each year, students have the opportunity to participate in full-scale theatrical productions, chapel performances, concerts and showcases. From acting and dance to vocal music and technical design, our students have an opportunity to work closely with passionate instructors who guide them through every step of the creative process, helping them refine their craft and find their voice.
Performing Arts is more than an extracurricular activity. It is a form of worship and a way for students to connect deeply with their peers and their Creator. As students step into character or lift their voices in song, they are reminded that every gift they’ve been given is an opportunity to serve others and glorify God. We believe the arts have a unique way of shaping hearts and minds. That’s why we continue to invest in a program that values beauty, truth and purpose.
